Former President and 2024 GOP presidential candidate, Donald Trump, will return to Iowa June 1st, according to a Trump campaign official. He plans to speak at a meeting held by the Westside Conservative Club in Urbandale. The club meets twice a month at a restaurant called Machine Shed and it's not unusual for them to host guest speakers. In fact during the 2023 legislative session Senate President Amy Sinclair and Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird spoke at the meetings. Since then, Former Vice President Mike Pence and GOP presidential candidate Perry Johnson have been guest speakers.
