MARSHALL COUNTY, Iowa (WHO) — A Laurel, Iowa man was arrested early Thursday morning in Urbandale on charges out of Marshall County for allegedly posting revenge porn on the internet. Rodger Roberts III Rodger Roberts III, 22, is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, possessing a depiction of a minor in a sex act, and two counts of first-degree harassment. He was booked into the Polk County Jail at 2:14 a.m. A search warrant application in the case says the investigation began in August of 2021 after the victim contacted the Marshall County Sheriff's Office.
