(Des Moines) Iowa farmers could lose one-point-one-billion dollars in income yearly if the state legislature blocks carbon capture pipelines from working with local ethanol plants. That's according to a study from Decision Innovation Solutions of Urbandale. They say the state's ethanol production would drop by 75 percent without pipelines.
