(Urbandale, IA) -- A community survey is underway in Urbandale. The city says it conducts a community survey every 2 to 3 years to gauge residents' satisfaction with city services. The city is partnering with POLCO in mailing postcards and paper surveys to select households. Those households are encouraged to fill out the survey and provide insight. An online-only survey will be available for all of the city's residents later next month.
