NOTABLE TRANSACTIONS: Local entities acquire interest in Urbandale office park Two West Des Moines-based entities have acquired an interest in an office park located in Urbandale, Polk County real estate records show. The entities – NPJTC LLC and Lainson Properties 10301 LLC – paid a total of $10.8 million for a 61.75% interest in the Offices at Northpark, which includes five one-story buildings at 9101 to 9257 Northpark Drive in Urbandale. The buildings range in size from about 12,000 to 14,000 square feet.
