Pitney Bowes Inc in Urbandale, Iowa

If I could sue this company for time lost and shady billing practices, I would. I'm to the point where I would love to start a class action lawsuit against this company. The Purchase Power part of the company does not communicate with the other side of the company. I fought their billing department from day one. We would not receive bills, they would tack on close to $100 in late charges. One person would tell me it was taken care of. I would pay the entire amount owed, but next month it would show an underpayment resulting again in more charges. And so it goes. I spent hours trying to get the account straight, but nobody knows what they're doing. We closed the account 3 months after opening it because it was impossible to figure out how to avoid over charges. Now... 2 months after closing the account and returning the meter, I get a statement telling me that they owe me $60. I log into the old account, and notice an OVERDUE BILL. The account was closed. We received refunds. We never received a bill. We do not have the meter anymore. I contacted customer service, but they won't help at all. I'm not sure what to advise my boss. Legal action? This has been the worst customer service experience and worst experience with any company I've had in my entire life. Someone needs to set up a lawsuit.
